Audition Materials For
Seussical Jr

Dates for Auditions:
Monday February 28: Small group audition workshops
Tuesday March 1 and Wednesday March 2: Individual Auditions
Thursday March 3 and Friday March 4: Callback for some actors
All auditions are held at the Loma Prieta Forum
Students are expected to attend ALL days of audition and callbacks if necessary. Please arrive for your auditions and check-in at least 10 minutes early.
All audition materials will be taught at the Audition Workshops. These materials can be practiced ahead of time for performers who want to be more prepared for auditions. Casting is not tied to gender and all performers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with one or more of these songs.
Callback Material
Please learn the parts for the roles you have been called back for. You may also be asked to sing the audition cut for the role you are called back for!
Wickersham Callback: Performers called back for Wickershams should learn the Cat callback song and be prepared to move and may be taught a short vocal part at callbacks.
Performers called back for Gertrude should also learn the Jojo harmony line (Alone In The Universe).
