Shrek Tech Week & Show Schedule
We're almost there! With months of rehearsal behind us and the theater built, we are ready to move into the house and see how our show looks on the actual stage! A huge THANK YOU to the parents who came and helped!
Please ensure that actors bring tights/socks and shoes to rehearsal and leave them at the theater, if they are not already collected!
The tech week schedule is as follows. Kids should be at the gym at or before the times listed below. Please be on time, we have a lot to cover and will start promptly at the times listed.
Mon & Tue: 5:30 - 9:30
On Monday, we will go over theater policies and directions from the artistic leads before running the show. Alexis would like a several kids to try on costumes again, so be prepared for that.
Wed: 5:00 - 10:00
Dress rehearsal! Cayden is called at 4:30, everyone else at 5, please be on time to allow us to get everyone through makeup, hair, mics, and costumes before 7.
Thu: 5:00 - 9:30
Full run of the show, teachers in the audience.
Show Schedule:
Actors are called 2 hours before every show. They MUST be present by the times below in order for us to be able to get them ready on time.
Friday: 5pm
Saturday: 11am & 5pm
Sunday: 11am
Phone Policy:
If kids choose to bring their phones to the theatre during tech week, they must be turned off and placed inside their bag when not in use.
Special Shows:
The Saturday afternoon show is Loma Day! Saturday night is C.T. Night & TIM Alumni night! If you know any TIM alumni who are high-school age or older, they can buy tickets at the door for $10 each on Saturday night!
